NoteHow your data is handled

The information you submit (name, affiliation, contact email, and your request description) is used solely to process your service request. It is received in the Microsoft 365 environment of ZALF and automatically transferred to a work-tracking “issue” in our GitHub repository (GitHub, Inc., USA), where our team manages requests. It is deleted when no longer required. Please do not include sensitive personal data (e.g. health data) or confidential research data — we will ask for further details through an appropriate channel once we are in contact.
